01About

A parrilla that isn't quite a parrilla.

Felisa opened in mid-March 2026 at Zapiola 1353, Colegiales. It's named after the grandmother of Justine Devroe, one of the partners. The idea: respect the fire and the meat, but loosen the codes of the traditional Argentine steakhouse. No solemnity, no unnecessary rituals.

Behind the project are Leandro "Leno" Volpe, Andrés "Rolo" Rolando (Trade, Uptown, Nicky Harrison) and Justine Devroe and Bruno Carosella of Funga. In the kitchen is Gianlucca Zago, formerly of Aramburu, Mengano, Ácido and Gresca in Barcelona. The wine list is by Valentina Litman and the bar is run by Sofía Corbalán.

The space is a large dining room with two bars, wood and beige tones, and a garden with tables under the trees. Settle in for a long dinner, eat something quick at the bar, or stay outside when the weather allows.

“People come to have a good time, not to be taught a lesson.”

Every day we start again.

Some dishes in this kitchen need time. Some, many hours. We could cook extra and throw away what's left. Or keep everything and sell it the next day. We prefer a third option: cook exactly what's needed each day, for better quality and fresher food.

So expect some dishes to run out before service ends. We don't like saying no either. But between always having it and serving it the way we want, we choose the latter. If there's something you didn't get to try, come back whenever you like.

03The wines

Wines with a clear origin.

Behind every bottle on this list there is someone with a name. People who work hard from a noble, honest place. Producers who care for the land and aren't afraid of a difficult year.

We're not after perfect wines, but wines that say something: where they come from, who made them, what happened that year in that place. This list isn't ordered by prestige. You may find labels you don't know, and that's precisely the idea.

Ask, doubt, let yourself go, and enjoy.
